Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 613 of the Companies Act 2016 [Act 777], the Minister makes the following regulations: Citation and commencement 1.

These Regulations come into operation on 30 November 2024.
Amendment of Schedule 2.
The Companies Regulations 2017 [P.U. (A) 37/2017] are amended in the Schedule by inserting after item 40 and the particulars relating to it the following item and particulars:
