Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 29 of the Weights and Measures Act 1972 [Act 71], the Minister makes the following regulations: Citation and commencement 1.

These regulations may be cited as the Weights and Measures
(Amendment) Regulations 2020.
(2)
These Regulations come into operation on 1 April 2020.
Amendment of regulation 39 2.
The Weights and Measures Regulations 1981 [P.U. (A) 292/1981] are amended in subregulation 39(1) by substituting for the words “one thousand” the words
“twenty-five thousand”.
