“Isnin hingga Sabtu: 8.00 pagi hingga 11.00 malam termasuk hari kelepasan am” dengan perkataan “Isnin hingga Jumaat: 8.30 pagi hingga 5.30 petang tidak termasuk hari kelepasan am”; dan

(b)

berkenaan dengan Zon Perindustrian Bebas Pusat Petrokimia dan Industri

Maritim Tanjung Bin (Fasa 1), dalam ruang (3), dengan menggantikan perkataan “Isnin hingga Sabtu: 8.00 pagi hingga 11.00 malam termasuk hari kelepasan am” dengan perkataan “Isnin hingga Jumaat: 8.30 pagi hingga 5.30 petang tidak termasuk hari kelepasan am”.

FREE ZONES ACT 1990

FREE ZONES (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2021

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 47

of the

Free Zones Act 1990 [Act 438], the Minister makes the following regulations:

Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

These regulations may be cited as the Free Zones (Amendment)

Regulations 2021.

(2)

These Regulations come into operation on 1 February 2021.

Amendment of Fourth Schedule 2.

The Free Zones Regulations 1991 [P. U. (A) 321/1991] are amended in the

Fourth Schedule, in Part I, in subparagraph 2(b), in respect of Johore—

(a)

in respect of Pasir Gudang Port Free Zone, Mukim of Plentong, District of

Johor Bahru, in column (3), by substituting for the words “Monday to

Saturday: 8.00 a.m. to 11.00 p.m. including public holiday” the words

“Monday to Friday: 8.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. excluding public holiday”; and

(b)

in respect of Tanjung Bin Petrochemical and Maritime Industrial Hub Free

Industrial Zone (Phase 1), in column (3), by substituting for the words

“Monday to Saturday: 8.00 a.m. to 11.00 p.m. including public holiday”

the words “Monday to Friday: 8.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. excluding public holiday”.
