PERINTAH AUDIT (PINDAAN JADUAL KEDUA) 2024

Jadual Kedua kepada Akta Audit 1957 dipinda dalam perenggan 14

dengan menggantikan subperenggan (b) dengan subperenggan yang berikut:

“(b)

The Auditor General shall be eligible to have passage paid by Government for overseas travel to a destination of his own choice as provided by the Government from time to time to an officer drawing an equivalent salary in the public service.”.

AUDIT ACT 1957

AUDIT (AMENDMENT OF SECOND SCHEDULE) ORDER 2024

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 11

of the

Audit Act 1957 [Act 62], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong makes the following order:

Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Audit (Amendment of Second Schedule)

Order 2024.

(2)

This Order is deemed to have come into operation on 13 June 2023.

Amendment of Second Schedule 2.

The Second Schedule to the Audit Act 1957 is amended in paragraph 14

by substituting for subparagraph (b) the following subparagraph:

“(b)

The Auditor General shall be eligible to have passage paid by Government for overseas travel to a destination of his own choice as provided by the Government from time to time to an officer drawing an equivalent salary in the public service.”.
