AUDIT ACT 1957

AUDIT (AMENDMENT OF FIRST SCHEDULE) ORDER 2016

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 11 of the Audit Act 1957 [Act 62], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong makes the following order:

Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Audit (Amendment of First Schedule)

Order 2016.

(2)

This Order is deemed to have come into operation on 1 July 2016.

Amendment of First Schedule 2.

The First Schedule to the Audit Act 1957 is amended in subparagraph 1(2) by substituting for the words “twenty thousand four hundred two ringgit and fifty-nine sen” the words “twenty seven thousand seven hundred and fifty-eight ringgit”.
