Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 14(1) of the Banking and Financial Institutions Act 1989 [Act 372], the Minister on the recommendation of the Bank makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Banking and Financial Institutions
(Minimum Amount of Capital Funds) (Revocation) Order 2013.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 30 June 2013.
Revocation 2.
The Banking and Financial Institutions (Minimum Amount of Capital Funds)
Order 2001 [P.U. (A) 62/2001] published on 8 March 2001 is revoked.
