Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Statutory Declarations Act 1960 [Act 783], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Statutory Declarations (Fees)

(Amendment) Order 2023.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 16 January 2023.

Amendment of paragraph 2 2.

The Statutory Declarations (Fees) Order 1968 [P.U. 506/1968] is amended in paragraph 2 by substituting for the words “RM4.00” and “RM2.00” respectively the words “RM10.00”.
