IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 45A of the Dangerous Drugs Act 1952 [Act 234], the Minister makes the following order: Citation 1. This order may be cited as the Dangerous Drugs (Amendment of
First Schedule) Order 2024. Amendment of First Schedule 2. The Dangerous Drugs Act 1952 is amended in the First Schedule, in Part III—

(a)

by inserting after the item “Ecgonine” the following item:

“Etazene”;

(b)

by inserting after the item “Etonitazene” the following item:

“Etonitazepyne”;

(c)

by inserting after the item “4-methylaminorex” the following item:

“2-Methyl-AP-237”;

(d)

by substituting for the item “Propheptazine” the item “Proheptazine”;
