Duti-duti eksais hendaklah dikenakan ke atas dan dibayar oleh pengimport berkenaan dengan liquor yang memabukkan, produk tembakau dan rokok yang diimport ke dalam Langkawi mengikut kadar-kadar yang dinyatakan dalam ruang 4

EXCISE DUTIES (LANGKAWI) ORDER 2016
Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 91DA(1)(a) of the Excise Act 1976 [Act 176], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This Order comes into operation on 1 November 2016.
Excise duties 2.
Excise duties shall be levied on and paid by the importer in respect of intoxicating liquors, tobacco products and cigarettes imported into Langkawi at the rates specified in column 4 of the Schedule to the prevailing Excise Duties Order.
