Seksyen 2
Perintah Duti Eksais (Pangkor) 2019 [P.U. (A) 412/2019], dipinda dengan menggantikan perenggan 2 dengan perenggan yang berikut:
“2.
Duti eksais hendaklah dilevi ke atas dan dibayar oleh pengimport berkenaan dengan barang-barang yang berikut yang diimport masuk ke Pangkor atau diangkut ke Pangkor dari kawasan utama kastam pada kadar yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (5) Jadual kepada Perintah Duti Eksais 2017
[P.U. (A) 92/2017]:
(f)
sediaan yang digunakan untuk merokok melalui rokok elektronik dan peranti pengewapan elektrik, dalam bentuk cecair atau gel, yang tidak mengandungi nikotin.”.

EXCISE DUTIES (PANGKOR) (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2020
Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 91U(1)(a) read together with paragraph 91V(b) of the Excise Act 1976 [Act 176], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement
Seksyen 1

This order may be cited as the Excise Duties (Pangkor) (Amendment)
Order 2020.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 1 January 2021.
Substitution of paragraph 2 2.
The Excise Duties (Pangkor) Order 2019 [P.U. (A) 412/2019], is amended by substituting for paragraph 2 the following paragraph:
“2.
Excise duties shall be levied on and paid by the importer in respect of the following goods which are imported into Pangkor or transported to Pangkor from the principal customs area at the rates specified in column (5) of the
Schedule to the Excise Duties Order 2017 [P.U. (A) 92/2017]:
(f)
preparation of a kind used for smoking through electric cigarette and electric vaporising device, in form of liquid or gel, not containing nicotine.”.
