- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 91AF(1)(a) Akta Eksais 1976 [Akta 176] dibaca bersama-sama subseksyen 91AD(2) Akta, Menteri membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

Duti eksais tidak kena dibayar
Menteri mengisytiharkan bahawa tiada duti eksais kena dibayar bagi apa-apa minuman keras yang memabukkan yang diimport masuk ke dalam Pulau 1 atau yang diangkut ke Pulau 1 dari kawasan utama kastam.

EXCISE DUTIES (PULAU 1) ORDER 2024

Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 91AF(1)(a) of the Excise Act 1976 [Act 176] read together with subsection 91AD(2) of the Act, the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This Order comes into operation on 1 December 2024.
Non-payable excise duty 2.
The Minister declares that no excise duty shall be payable for any intoxicating liquor imported into Pulau 1 or transported to Pulau 1 from the principal customs area.
