EXCISE DUTIES (TIOMAN) (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2023

Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 91I(1)(a) read together with paragraph 91J(b) of the Excise Act 1976 [Act 176], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Excise Duties (Tioman) (Amendment)

Order 2023.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 1 April 2023.

Amendment of paragraph 2 2.

The Excise Duties (Tioman) Order 2022 [P.U. (A) 181/2022] is amended in subsubparagraph 2(f) by substituting for the words “not containing nicotine”

the words “whether or not containing nicotine”.
