IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 12(1)(b) of the Entertainments Duty Act 1953 [Act 103], the Minister makes the following order: Citation 1. This order may be cited as the Entertainments Duty (Exemption) Order 2012. Exemption 2. The admission ticket for the Incubus Live in Kuala Lumpur show which was held at Stadium Negara, Kuala Lumpur on 23 July 2011 is exempted from entertainments duty.
