ENTERTAINMENTS DUTY ACT 1953
ENTERTAINMENTS DUTY (EXEMPTION) (NO.2) ORDER 2021
IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 12(1)(b)
of the
Entertainments Duty Act 1953 [Act 103], the Minister makes the following order:
Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
This order may be cited as the Entertainments Duty (Exemption) (No. 2)
Order 2021.
(2)
This Order is deemed to have come into operation on 1 September 2021.
Exemption 2.
The admission ticket for the movie screenings with the titles specified in the Schedule which are held within the period from 1 September 2021
until 31 December 2021 at the Tanjong Golden Village (TGV) Cinemas in the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur is exempted from entertainments duty.
