IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 12(1)(b) of the Entertainments Duty Act 1953 [Act 103], the Minister makes the following order: Citation 1. This order may be cited as the Entertainments Duty (Exemption) (No. 4) Order 2012. Exemption 2. The admission ticket for the Michael Learns to Rock World Tour Live in Malaysia 2011 show which was held at Plenary Hall KLCC, Kuala Lumpur on 22 April until 2 May 2011 is exempted from entertainments duty.
