IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 12(1)(b) of the Entertainments Duty Act 1953 [Act 103], the Minister makes the following order: Citation 1. This order may be cited as the Entertainments Duty (Exemption) (No. 7) Order 2012. Exemption 2. The admission ticket for The Sound of Music show which was held at the Plenary Hall KLCC, Kuala Lumpur on 28 June 2011 is exempted from entertainments duty.
