Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 11(1) of the Customs Act 1967 [Act 235], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
This order may be cited as the Customs Duties (Goods under the
Framework Agreement on Comprehensive Economic Co-Operation between
ASEAN and China) (Amendment) Order 2020.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 1 March 2020.
Amendment of Second Schedule 2.
The Customs Duties (Goods under the Framework Agreement on Comprehensive
Economic Co-Operation between ASEAN and China) Order 2019 [P.U. (A) 212/2019]
is amended in the Second Schedule—
(i)
by substituting for subheading 2903.39.90 00 and the particulars relating to it the following subheadings and particulars:
