CUSTOMS ACT 1967

CUSTOMS DUTIES (LABUAN) ORDER 2016

IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 155(1)(a)

of the

Customs Act 1967 [Act 235], the Minister makes the following order:

Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Customs Duties (Labuan) Order 2016.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 1 November 2016.

Import duties 2.

Import duties shall be levied on and paid by the importer in respect of intoxicating liquors, tobacco products and cigarettes imported into Labuan at the rates specified in column 4 of the First Schedule to the prevailing Customs Duties Order.
