IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 14(1) of the Customs Act 1967 [Act 235], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement

This Order comes into operation on 6 January 2020.

Amendment of Schedule 2.

The Customs Duties (Exemption) Order 2017 [P.U. (A) 445/2017] is amended in the

Schedule, in Part I, in relation to item 76, in column (3)—

(a)

by inserting at the end of paragraph (xxi) a semi colon; and

(b)

by inserting after paragraph (xxi) the following paragraph:

“(xxii) Anchovies product under subheading 0305.59.29 00

produced from fry fish less than 10 cm long”.
