- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 14(1) Akta Kastam 1967 [Akta 235], Menteri membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa
Seksyen 2
Perintah Duti Kastam (Pengecualian) 2017 [P.U. (A) 445/2017] dipinda dalam
Jadual, dalam Bahagian I, berhubung dengan butiran 103—
(a)
dalam ruang (2), dengan menggantikan perkataan “AirAsia X Sdn. Bhd.”
dengan perkataan “AirAsia X Berhad”; dan
(b)
dalam ruang (4), dengan menggantikan subbutiran (i) dengan subbutiran yang berikut:
“(i)
That the goods are imported solely to be used or for sale by and in the aircraft of AirAsia X Berhad in its international flights;”.

CUSTOMS DUTIES (EXEMPTION) (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2026
Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 14(1) of the Customs Act 1967 [Act 235], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This Order comes into operation on 1 June 2026.
Amendment of Schedule 2.
The Customs Duties (Exemption) Order 2017 [P.U. (A) 445/2017] is amended in the Schedule, in Part I, in relation to item 103—
(a)
in column (2), by substituting for the words “AirAsia X Sdn. Bhd.”
the words “AirAsia X Berhad”; and
(b)
in column (4), by substituting for subitem (i) the following subitem:
“(i)
That the goods are imported solely to be used or for sale by and in the aircraft of AirAsia X Berhad in its international flights;”.
