  1. IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 14(1) of the Customs Act 1967 [Act 235], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Customs Duties (Exemption)

(Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2016.

This Order comes into operation on 22 August 2016.

Amendment of Schedule 2.

The Customs Duties (Exemption) Order 2013 [P.U. (A) 371/2013] is amended in

Part I of the Schedule, in relation to item 66, in column (2) by inserting after paragraph (xviii) the following paragraph:

“(xix)

Coastal Energy KBM Sdn. Bhd.”.
