  1. IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 14(1) of the Customs Act 1967 [Act 235], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Customs Duties (Exemption)

(Amendment) (No. 3) Order 2016.

This Order comes into operation on 7 October 2016.

Amendment of Schedule 2.

The Customs Duties (Exemption) Order 2013 [P.U. (A) 371/2013] is amended in

Part I of the Schedule, in relation to item 66, in column (2) by substituting for paragraph (vi) the following paragraph:

“(vi) Repsol Oil & Gas Malaysia Limited”.
