  1. IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 14(1) of the Customs Act 1967 [Act 235], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Customs Duties (Exemption)

(Amendment) (No. 3) Order 2023.

This Order comes into operation on 18 August 2023.

Amendment of Schedule 2.

The Customs Duties (Exemption) Order 2017 [P.U. (A) 445/2017] is amended in the Schedule, in Part I, in column (2), in relation to subitem 67(xvii), by substituting for the words “MDC Oil & Gas (SK320) Ltd.” the words “Mubadala Energy (SK 320) Ltd.”.
