Preamble

IN exercise of the power conferred by subsection 11(1) of the Customs Act 1967 [Act 235], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Customs Duties (Amendment) Order 2012.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 1 January 2013.

Amendment of First Schedule 2.

The Customs Duties Order 2012 [P.U. (A) 275/2012] is amended in the First

Schedule, in column 4—

(a)

in relation to subheadings—

(i)

3901.10 000;

(ii)

3901.20 000;

(iii)

3902.10 300;

(iv)

3902.30 000; and

(v)

4014.90 100, by substituting for the words “15%” the words “10%”; and

(b)

in relation to subheadings—

(i)

7210.11 200;

(ii)

7210.12 200; and

(iii)

7212.10 290, by substituting for the words “10%” the words “5%”.
