- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 11(1) Akta Kastam 1967 [Akta 235], Menteri membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

Perintah Duti Kastam 2022 [P.U. (A) 114/2022] dipinda dalam Jadual Pertama—
(a)
berhubung dengan Seksyen IV, dalam Bab 24, dengan memasukkan selepas perenggan 1 Nota Subkepala nota dan perenggan yang berikut:
“National Note.
Seksyen 1
For the purpose of subheading 2404.19.20 00, the expression
“Containing nicotine substitutes” applies to any product that is not containing nicotine for inhalation without combustion (e.g., e-liquid, gels)
intended for use in electronic cigarettes, similar personal electric vaporising devices, disposable electronic cigarettes or similar disposable personal electric vaporising devices.”; dan
(b)
berhubung dengan Seksyen VI, dalam Bab 38, dalam kepala 38.24, dengan menggantikan subkepala 3824.99.99, 3824.99.99 10 dan 3824.99.99 90 dan butir-butir yang berhubungan dengannya dengan subkepala dan butir-butir yang berikut:

CUSTOMS DUTIES (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2023
Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 11(1) of the Customs Act 1967 [Act 235], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This Order comes into operation on 1 May 2023.
Amendment of Schedule 2.
The Customs Duties Order 2022 [P.U. (A) 114/2022] is amended in the
First Schedule—
(a)
in relation to Section IV, in Chapter 24, by inserting after paragraph 1
of Subheading Note the following note and paragraph:
“National Note.
Seksyen 1
For the purpose of subheading 2404.19.20 00, the expression
“Containing nicotine substitutes” applies to any product that is not containing nicotine for inhalation without combustion (e.g., e-liquid, gels)
intended for use in electronic cigarettes, similar personal electric vaporising devices, disposable electronic cigarettes or similar disposable personal electric vaporising devices.”; and
(b)
in relation to Section VI, in Chapter 38, in heading 38.24, by substituting for subheadings 3824.99.99, 3824.99.99 10 and 3824.99.99 90 and the particulars relating to it the following subheading and particulars:
