Perintah Duti Kastam (Tioman) 2004 [P.U. (A) 239/2004] dipinda dengan menggantikan perenggan 2 dengan perenggan berikut:

“2.

Duti import hendaklah dilevi ke atas dan dibayar oleh pengimport berkenaan dengan barang-barang yang berikut yang diimport ke dalam Tioman atau diangkut ke Tioman dari kawasan utama kastam pada kadar yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (5) Jadual Pertama kepada Perintah Duti Kastam 2017

Suggest a correction
  1. IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 163K(1)(a) read together with paragraph 163L(b) of the Customs Act 1967 [Act 235], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Customs Duties (Tioman)

(Amendment) Order 2020.

This Order comes into operation on 1 January 2021.

Amendment of paragraph 2 2.

The Customs Duties (Tioman) Order 2004 [P.U. (A) 239/2004] is amended by substituting for paragraph 2 the following paragraph:

“2.

Import duties shall be levied on and paid by the importer in respect of the following goods imported into Tioman or transported to Tioman from the principal customs area at the rates specified in column (5) of the First Schedule to the Customs Duties Order 2017 [P.U. (A) 5/2017]:

(d)

smoking pipes (including pipe bowls).”.
