Preamble
- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 80(1) Akta Setem 1949 [Akta 378], Menteri membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

Pengecualian
(1)
Menteri mengecualikan mana-mana perjanjian pembiayaan di bawah program insentif Tanam Semula Sawit Pekebun Kecil Persendirian yang disempurnakan antara seseorang individu dengan Bank Pertanian Malaysia Berhad (Agrobank)
daripada duti setem.
(2)
Pengecualian duti setem di bawah subperenggan (1) hendaklah terpakai bagi perjanjian pembiayaan yang disempurnakan mulai 7
Mac 2024
hingga 31 Disember 2027.

STAMP DUTY (EXEMPTION) ORDER 2024
Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 80(1) of the Stamp Act 1949 [Act 378], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
The Minister exempts any financing agreement under the Independent
Smallholder Oil Palm Replanting incentive programme executed between an individual and Bank Pertanian Malaysia Berhad (Agrobank) from stamp duty.
(2)
The exemption of stamp duty under subparagraph (1) shall apply to a financing agreement executed from 7 March 2024 to 31 December 2027.
