  1. IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 80(1) of the Stamp Act 1949 [Act 378], the Minister makes the following order: Citation 1. This order may be cited as the Stamp Duty (Exemption) (No. 9) Order 2021. Exemption 2.

Subject to subparagraph (2), an instrument of agency agreement for the Special Relief Facility, Targeted Relief and Recovery Facility and

Disaster Relief Facility 2021 approved under the Bank Negara Malaysia’s Fund for small and medium enterprises executed between Bank Negara Malaysia and

Credit Guarantee Corporation Malaysia Berhad are exempted from stamp duty.

The exemption under subparagraph (1) shall apply to the instrument of agency agreement for the Special Relief Facility, Targeted Relief and

Recovery Facility and Disaster Relief Facility 2021 which is executed not later than 31 December 2021.
