Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Fees Act 1951 [Act 209], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Fees (Passports and Visas) (Amendment)

Order 2021.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 17 November 2021.

Amendment of paragraph 2 2.

The Fees (Passports and Visas) Order 1967 [P.U. 189/1967] is amended in paragraph 2 by inserting after subitem II(e) and the particulars relating to it the following subitem and particulars:
