  1. IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Fees Act 1951 [Act 209], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong makes the following order: Citation 1. This order may be cited as the Fees (Registration of Companies with Ministry of Finance) (Amendment) Order 2023. Amendment of Schedule 2. The Fees (Registration of Companies with Ministry of Finance) Order 2017 [P.U. (A) 30/2017] is amended in the Schedule—

(a)

in item (3), in column (3), by substituting for the words “100.00”

the words “400.00”; and
