IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Fees Act 1951 [Act 209], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

(Amendment) Order 2016.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 1 December 2016.

Amendment of Schedule L

Seksyen 2

The Fees (Medical) Order 1982 [P.U. (A) 359/1982] is amended in Schedule L by inserting after the item ‘yellow fever’ the following items:

“Zika virus infection

Middle East Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus (MERS-CoV)

avian influenza”.
