dalam subbutiran (c), dengan memotong perkataan “dan” di hujung subbutiran itu;
(b)
dalam subbutiran (d), dengan menggantikan noktah di hujung subbutiran itu dengan perkataan “; dan”;
(c)
dengan memasukkan selepas subbutiran (d) subbutiran yang berikut:

kilometer 0.00 di koordinat U 314037.031, T 395567.983
Grid RSO Geosentrik (GDM 2000) dan berakhir di kilometer 12.51

NATIONAL SPEED LIMIT (AMENDMENT) (NO. 2) ORDER 2024
Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 69(1) of the Road Transport Act 1987 [Act 333], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
This order may be cited as the National Speed Limit (Amendment)
(No. 2) Order 2024.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 31 August 2024.
Amendment of Schedule 2.
The National Speed Limit Order 1989 [P.U. (A) 18/1989] is amended in the Schedule, in item 19—
(b)
in subitem (d), by substituting for the full stop at the end of the subitem the words “; and”;
(c)
by inserting after subitem (d) the following subitem:
“(e)
kilometre 0.00 at coordinates N 314037.031, E 395567.983
of the
RSO
Geocentric
(GDM
2000)
Grid and ending at kilometre 12.51 at SKVE Interchange at coordinates
N 324492.234, E 391350.504 of the RSO Geocentric (GDM 2000)
Grid north bound and south bound.”; and
(d)
by inserting after MAP 4: BERUAS INTERCHANGE TO TAIPING SOUTH
