PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 69(2) Akta Pengangkutan Jalan 1987 [Akta 333], Menteri membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

Seksyen 1

Perintah ini bolehlah dinamakan Perintah Had Laju Tempatan

(Jalan Persekutuan) (Larangan Masa Tertentu) 2018.

(2)

Perintah ini berkuat kuasa mulai 9

Februari 2018

hingga 23 Februari 2018.

Seksyen 2

(1)

Pemanduan kenderaan motor dengan kelajuan yang lebih daripada lapan puluh (80) kilometer sejam di atas semua jalan Persekutuan di Malaysia, selain jalan yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual Pertama kepada Perintah Had Laju Tempatan

(Jalan Persekutuan) (Malaysia Barat) 1992 [P.U. (A) 462/1991], dilarang.

Larangan dalam subperenggan (1) hendaklah terhenti berkuat kuasa apabila habis tempoh Perintah ini.

ROAD TRANSPORT ACT 1987

LOCAL SPEED LIMIT (FEDERAL ROADS) (SPECIFIED TIME PROHIBITION)

ORDER 2018

Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 69(2) of the Road Transport Act 1987 [Act 333], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Local Speed Limit (Federal Roads)

(Specified Time Prohibition) Order 2018.

(2)

This Order has effect from 9 February 2018 to 23 February 2018.

Prohibition 2.

(1)

The driving of motor vehicles at a speed greater than eighty (80)

kilometres per hour over all Federal roads in Malaysia, other than the roads specified in the First Schedule to the Local Speed Limit (Federal Roads) (West Malaysia) Order 1992

[P.U. (A) 462/1991], is prohibited.

(2)

The prohibition in subparagraph (1) shall cease to have effect upon the expiry of this Order.
