LOCAL SPEED LIMIT (FEDERAL ROADS) (SARAWAK) (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2026

Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 69(2) of the Road Transport Act 1987 [Act 333], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Local Speed Limit (Federal Roads)

(Sarawak) (Amendment) Order 2026.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 17 April 2026.

Amendment of Schedule 2.

The Local Speed Limit (Federal Roads) (Sarawak) Order 2019 [P.U. (A) 144/2019]

is amended in the Schedule—

(a)

in column (1), by substituting for the full stop at the end of item 45

a semicolon; and

(b)

by inserting after item 45 and the particulars relating to it the following items and particulars:
