LABUAN NATIVE TITLE ACT 2007

LABUAN NATIVE TITLE (AMENDMENT OF SECOND SCHEDULE) ORDER 2018

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 19(2)

of the

Labuan Native Title Act 2007 [Act 667], the Land Executive Committee makes the following order:

Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Labuan Native Title (Amendment of

Second Schedule) Order 2018.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 5 November 2018.

Amendment of Second Schedule 2.

Second Schedule to the Labuan Native Title Act 2007 is amended by inserting after the item “Sabah Development Bank Berhad” the following item:

“Public Sector Home Financing Board”.
