IMMIGRATION (EXEMPTION) ORDER 2020

Suggest a correction
  1. IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 55 of the Immigration Act 1959/63 [Act 155], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Immigration (Exemption) Order 2020.

This Order comes into operation on 30 December 2020.

Exemption 2.

The Minister exempts a Visit Pass holder from the application of section 33

of the Act in relation to any Visit Pass which has expired provided that an application for the Visit Pass has been made and pending approval under the Immigration

Regulations 1963 [L.N. 228/1963].
