Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 55 of the Immigration Act 1959/63 [Act 155], the Minister makes the following order: Citation 1. This order may be cited as the Immigration (Exemption) Order 2026. Exemption 2. The Minister exempts any person entering Malaysia by land from Thailand by the Sadao Road (Thailand)/Changloon Road and remaining on this road till arrival at the Immigration Control Post, Bukit Kayu Hitam from the application of regulation 36 of the Immigration Regulations, 1963 [L.N. 228/63].
