MALAYSIAN BIOFUEL INDUSTRY (EXEMPTION) ORDER 2013

Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 53 of the Malaysian Biofuel Industry Act 2007 [Act 666], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Malaysian Biofuel Industry (Exemption)

Order 2013.

(2)

This Order shall be deemed to have come into operation on 6 August 2013.

Exemption 2.

The Minister exempts Techno Fuels Sdn. Bhd. (Registration number: 981566-K)

from the provision of paragraphs 5(1)(c), (d) and (g) of the Act for the period of 6 August 2013 to 5 February 2014.
