daripada peruntukan perenggan 5(1)(b) dan (g) Akta bagi tempoh 1 Ogos 2013 hingga 31 Januari 2015.

MALAYSIAN BIOFUEL INDUSTRY (EXEMPTION) (NO. 2) ORDER 2013
Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 53 of the Malaysian Biofuel Industry Act 2007 [Act 666], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
This order may be cited as the Malaysian Biofuel Industry (Exemption)
(No. 2) Order 2013.
(2)
This Order shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1 August 2013.
Exemption 2.
The Minister exempts Carotech BF Sdn. Bhd. (Registration number: 721258-T)
from the provision of paragraphs 5(1)(b) and (g) of the Act for the period of 1 August 2013 to 31 January 2015.
