  1. IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Federal Roads (Private Management) Act 1984 [Act 306], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (Private Management)

(Collection of Tolls) (Malaysia-Singapore Second Crossing Bridge and Expressway and Perling Expressway) (Amendment) Order 2020.

Order 1998 [P.U. (A) 97/1998], which is referred to as the “principal Order” in this Order, is amended in subparagraph 2(1) by substituting for the words “12 January 2012

to 31 December 2038” the words “1 February 2020 to 31 December 2058”.
