  1. IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Federal Roads (Private Management) Act 1984 [Act 306], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (Private Management)

(Collection of Tolls) (Malaysia-Singapore Second Crossing Bridge and Expressway and Perling Expressway) (Amendment) Order 2023.
