“Perintah ibu” dalam Perintah ini, dipinda dengan menggantikan perenggan 2

(SUNGAI BESI-ULU KELANG ELEVATED EXPRESSWAY) (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2023

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Federal Roads

(Private Management) Act 1984 [Act 306], the Minister makes the following order:

Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (Private Management)

This Order comes into operation on 30 June 2023.

Amendment of paragraph 2 2.

The

(Sungai Besi-Ulu Kelang Elevated Expressway) Order 2022 [P.U. (A) 333/2022], which is referred to as the “principal Order” in this Order, is amended by substituting for paragraph 2 the following paragraph:

“Authorization to collect tolls

Projek Lintasan Sungai Besi-Ulu Kelang Sdn. Bhd. is authorized—

(a)

for the period from 15 October 2022 to 25 December 2069

to demand, collect and retain the appropriate tolls specified in column (2) of the First Schedule for the use in either direction, by the classes of vehicles specified in column (1)

of the First Schedule, of any part of the road known as the Sungai Besi-Ulu Kelang Elevated Expressway commencing from kilometre 7.128 of Sungai Besi-Ulu

for the use of which tolls are authorized to be demanded, collected and retained are shown on the map in the Second Schedule; and

(b)

in subsubparagraph (1)(b)

for the use of which tolls are authorized to be demanded, collected and retained are shown on the map in the Second A Schedule.”.

Amendment of First Schedule 3.

The First Schedule to the principal Order is amended in the heading by substituting for the words “subparagraph 2(1)” the words “subsubparagraph 2(1)(a)”.

New First A Schedule 4.

The principal Order is amended by inserting after the First Schedule the following schedule:

The Second Schedule to the principal Order is amended in the heading by substituting for the words “subparagraph 2(2)” the words “subsubparagraph 2(2)(a)”.
