FEDERAL ROADS (PRIVATE MANAGEMENT) (COLLECTION OF TOLLS)
(KAJANG-SEREMBAN HIGHWAY) (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2024
IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Federal Roads
(Private Management) Act 1984 [Act 306], the Minister makes the following order:
Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (Private Management)
(Collection of Tolls) (Kajang-Seremban Highway) (Amendment) Order 2024.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 1 January 2025.
Amendment of Third Schedule 2.
The

Tolls)
(Kajang-Seremban Highway) Order 2016 [P.U. (A) 264/2016] is amended in the
Third Schedule by inserting after item 7 the following item:
“8.
All vehicles belonging to the Highway Authority Malaysia.”.
