PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 2 Akta Jalan-Jalan Persekutuan (Pengurusan Persendirian) 1984 [Akta 306], Menteri membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

Perintah ini bolehlah dinamakan Perintah Jalan-Jalan Persekutuan

(Pengurusan Persendirian) (Pungutan Tol) (Lebuh Raya Senai-Pasir Gudang-Desaru)

Perintah ini mula berkuat kuasa pada 16 Ogos 2026.

“Perintah ibu” dalam Perintah ini, dipinda dengan menggantikan perenggan 2 dengan perenggan yang berikut:

Senai-Desaru Expressway Berhad diberi kuasa—

(a)

bagi tempoh dari 10 Julai 2011 hingga 17 Julai 2048 untuk meminta, memungut dan menyimpan tol yang berkenaan yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (2) Jadual Pertama bagi penggunaan ke mana-mana arah mana-mana bahagian jalan yang dikenali sebagai Lebuh Raya Senai-Pasir Gudang-Desaru yang bermula dari—

kilometer 0.00 Lebuh Raya Senai-Pasir Gudang-Desaru di koordinat T 9682.543, U -46983.064 Grid

Pindaan Jadual Kedua

Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Federal Roads (Private Management) Act 1984 [Act 306], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (Private Management)

(Collection of Tolls) (Senai-Pasir Gudang-Desaru Expressway) (Amendment)

Order 2026.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 16 August 2026.

Amendment of paragraph 2 2.

The Federal Roads (Private Management) (Collection of Tolls) (Senai-Pasir

Gudang-Desaru Expressway) Order 2011 [P.U. (A) 231/2011], which is referred to as the “principal Order” in this Order, is amended by substituting for paragraph 2

the following paragraph:

“Authorization to collect tolls

Seksyen 2

(1)

Senai-Desaru Expressway Berhad is authorized—

(a)

for the period from 10 July 2011 to 17 July 2048

to demand, collect and retain the appropriate tolls specified in column (2) of the First Schedule for the use in either direction of any part of the road known as the Senai-Pasir

Gudang-Desaru Expressway commencing from—

(i)

kilometre 0.00 of the Senai-Pasir Gudang-Desaru

Expressway at coordinates E 9682.543, N -46983.064

of the Johore State Cassini Grid and ending at kilometre 69.50 at coordinates E 71212.011,

N -51148.459 of the Johore State Cassini Grid, including the Utama Senai Interchange, Bandar Senai

Interchange, Senai Entry/Exit Toll Plaza, Ulu Tiram

Interchange, Ulu Tiram Entry/Exit Toll Plaza, Cahaya

Baru Interchange, Sungai Johor Crossing, Penawar

Entry/Exit Toll Plaza, Penawar Intersection and its link roads, being a distance of 69.50 kilometres; and

(ii)

kilometre 0.00 (PGC) of the Senai-Pasir Gudang-Desaru Expressway at coordinates E 44365.578,

N -64261.849 of the Johore State Cassini Grid and ending at kilometre 7.70 (PGC) at coordinates

E 44871.636, N -56876.604 of the Johore State

Cassini Grid, including the Pasir Gudang Interchange,

Cahaya Baru Entry/Exit Toll Plaza, Cahaya Baru

Interchange and its link roads, being a distance of 7.70 kilometres, by the classes of vehicles specified in column (2) of the First Schedule; and

(b)

for the period from 16 August 2026 to 17 July 2048

to demand, collect and retain the appropriate tolls specified in column (2) of the First Schedule for the use in either direction of any part of the road known as the Senai-Pasir Gudang-Desaru Expressway commencing from—

(i)

kilometre 0.1 link road to J10 at coordinates

N -58842.747, E 44791.341 of the Rectified Skew

Orthomorphic (RSO) Geocentric Datum of Malaysia

(GDM2000) Grid and ending at kilometre 5.1 PGC at coordinates N -59492.582, E 44901.728 of the

J10 and kilometre 5.1 PGC and kilometre 5.2 PGC to kilometre 0.6 link road to J10 of the Senai-Pasir Gudang-Desaru Expressway between Tanjung Langsat and Kong

Kong Road, by the classes of vehicles specified in column (2)

of the First Schedule.

The roads specified in subsubparagraphs (1)(a) and (b) for the use of which tolls are authorized to be demanded, collected and retained are shown on the maps in the Second Schedule.”.

Substitution of First Schedule 3.

The principal Order is amended by substituting for the First Schedule the following schedule:
