(Lebuh Raya Seremban-Port Dickson) 2004 [P.U. (A) 326/2004], yang disebut

“Perintah ibu” dalam Perintah ini, dipinda dalam subperenggan 2(1)—

Jadual Pertama mengikut tahun-tahun konsesi yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (1) Bahagian I dan II Jadual Pertama” dengan perkataan

“ruang (2) Jadual Pertama”; dan 3

(d)

dengan menggantikan perkataan “ruang (2) Bahagian I dan II”

dengan perkataan “ruang (1)”.

FEDERAL ROADS (PRIVATE MANAGEMENT) (COLLECTION OF TOLLS)

(SEREMBAN-PORT DICKSON EXPRESSWAY) (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2016

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 2

of the

Federal Roads (Private Management) Act 1984 [Act 306], the Minister makes the following order:

Citation and commencement

1. (1)

This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (Private Management)

(Collection of Tolls) (Seremban-Port Dickson Expressway) (Amendment)

Order 2016.

(2)

This Order is deemed to have come into operation on 12 January 2012.

Amendment of paragraph 2 2.

(Seremban-Port Dickson Expressway) Order 2004 [P.U. (A) 326/2004], which is referred to as the “principal Order” in this Order, is amended in subparagraph 2(1)—

(a)

by substituting for the words “Projek Lebuh Raya Utara-Selatan Berhad”

the words “Projek Lebuh Raya Usahasama Berhad”;

(b)

by substituting for the words “1 January 2005 to 31 May 2030” the words

“12 January 2012 to 31 May 2038”;

(c)

by substituting for the words “column (2) of Part I and II of the

First Schedule according to the concession years as specified in column (1) of Part I and II of the First Schedule” the words “column (2) of the First Schedule”; and

(d)

by substituting for the words “column (2) of Part I and II” the words

“column (1)”.

Substitution of First Schedule 3.

The principal Order is amended by substituting for the First Schedule the following Schedule:
