(Lebuh Raya Seremban-Port Dickson) 2004 [P.U (A) 326/2004], yang disebut
“Perintah ibu” dalam Perintah ini, dipinda dalam subperenggan 2(1) dengan menggantikan perkataan “12 Januari 2012 sehingga 31 Mei 2038” dengan perkataan
“1 Februari 2020 sehingga 31 Disember 2058”.

Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Federal Roads (Private Management) Act 1984 [Act 306], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement

The Federal Roads (Private Management) (Collection of Tolls) (Seremban-Port Dickson
Expressway) Order 2004 [P.U (A) 326/2004], which is referred to as the “principal Order” in this
Order, is amended in subparagraph 2(1) by substituting for the words “12 January 2012
to 31 May 2038” the word “1 February 2020 to 31 December 2058”.
Substitution of First Schedule 3.
The principal Order is amended by substituting for the First Schedule the following Schedule:
