FEDERAL ROADS (DESIGNATED FEDERAL TERRITORY ROADS)
(FEDERAL TERRITORY OF LABUAN) (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2020
IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3
of the
Federal Roads Act 1959 [Act 376], the Minister, after consultation with the Chairman of
Perbadanan Labuan, makes the following order:
Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Federal Roads
(Designated
Federal
Territory
Roads)
(Federal
Territory of
Labuan)
(Amendment) Order 2020.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 1 October 2020.
Amendment of First Schedule 2.
The First Schedule to the Federal Roads (Designated Federal Territory Roads)
(Federal Territory of Labuan) Order 1991 [P.U. (A) 432/1991, is amended in the
First Schedule—
(a)
by deleting item 29; and
(b)
by deleting item 30.
