PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 3 Akta Jalan Persekutuan 1959 [Akta 376], Menteri, setelah berunding dengan Kerajaan Negeri Terengganu, membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

Perintah ini bolehlah dinamakan Perintah Jalan Persekutuan (Lebuh

Raya Pantai TimurFasa 2) 2012.

Perintah ini mula berkuat kuasa pada 30 April 2012.

Perisytiharan jalan sebagai jalan Persekutuan

Bahagian jalan yang dikenali sebagai Lebuh Raya Pantai TimurFasa 2

yang bermula dari kilometer 365.544 di Persimpangan Bertingkat Bukit Besi

(di koordinat U -15392.721, T +33595.713 Grid Cassini Negeri Terengganu) dan berakhir di kilometer 424.793 (di koordinat U +34307.904, T +13156.195 Grid Cassini

Negeri Terengganu) (kedua-dua jarak diukur dari Pejabat Pos Besar Kuala Lumpur melalui Lebuh Raya Kuala LumpurKarak, Lebuh Raya Pantai TimurFasa 1 dan Lebuh

Raya Pantai TimurFasa 2) termasuklah Persimpangan Bertingkat Bukit Besi,

Persimpangan Bertingkat Ajil, Persimpangan Jalan Telemung , Persimpangan Bertingkat

Telemung dan jalan-jalan sambungannya iaitu suatu jarak sepanjang 59.249 kilometer diisytiharkan sebagai jalan Persekutuan.

Jalan yang diisytiharkan sebagai jalan Persekutuan di bawah subperenggan (1) ditunjukkan dalam peta dalam Jadual.

FEDERAL ROADS (EAST COAST EXPRESSWAYPHASE 2) ORDER 2012

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Federal Roads Act 1959

[Act 376], the Minister, after consultation with the State Governments of Terengganu, makes the following order:

Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the

Federal

Roads (East Coast

ExpresswayPhase 2) Order 2012.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 30 April 2012.

Declaration of road to be Federal road 2.

(1)

That part of the road known as the East Coast ExpresswayPhase 2

commencing from kilometre 365.544 at Bukit Besi Interchange (at coordinates

N-15392.721, E +33595.713 of the Terengganu State Cassini Grid) and ending at kilometre 424.793 (at coordinates N +34307.904, E +13156.195 of the Terengganu

State Cassini Grid) (both distances measured from General Post Office Kuala Lumpur via

Kuala LumpurKarak Highway, East Coast ExpresswayPhase I and East Coast

ExpresswayPhase 2) including Bukit Besi Interchange, Ajil Interchange, Telemung

Road Junction, Telemung Interchange and its link roads being a distance of 59.249

kilometres is declared to be a Federal road.
