PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 3 Akta Jalan Persekutuan 1959 [Akta 376], Menteri, setelah berunding dengan Kerajaan Negeri Johor, membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

Seksyen 1

Perintah ini bolehlah dinamakan Perintah Jalan Persekutuan (Lebuh

Raya Penyuraian Timur (EDL)) 2012.

Perintah ini mula berkuat kuasa pada 1 April 2012.

Bahagian jalan yang dikenali sebagai Lebuh Raya Penyuraian Timur (EDL)

yang bermula dari koordinat T+23070.275, U-63763.321 Grid Cassini Negeri Johor dan berakhir di kilometer 7.97 Lebuh Raya Penyuraian Timur (EDL) (di koordinat

T+22357.6414, U-57366.4813, Grid Cassini Negeri Johor) termasuklah Pusat Pungutan

Tol dalam Bangunan Kompleks Kastam, Imigresen dan Kuarantin yang dikenali sebagai

Bangunan Sultan Iskandar, Persimpangan Bertingkat CIQ (BSI), Persimpangan

Bertingkat Bakar Batu, Persimpangan Bertingkat Pandan termasuk jalan-jalan sambungannya, iaitu suatu jarak sepanjang 7.97 kilometer, diisytiharkan sebagai jalan

Persekutuan.

FEDERAL ROADS ACT 1959

FEDERAL ROADS (EASTERN DISPERSAL LINK EXPRESSWAY (EDL)) ORDER 2012

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Federal Roads Act 1959

[Act 376], the Minister, after consultation with the State Government of Johor, makes the following order:

Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (Eastern Dispersal Link

Expressway (EDL)) Order 2012.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 1 April 2012.

Declaration of road to be Federal road 2.

(1)

That part of the road known as the Eastern Dispersal Link Expressway

(EDL) commencing from coordinates E+23070.275, N-63763.321 of the State of Johor

Cassini Grid and ending at kilometre 7.97 Eastern Dispersal Link Expressway (EDL)

(at coordinates E+22357.6414, N-57366.4813 of the State of Johor Cassini Grid)

including the Toll Collection Centre in the Customs, Immigration and Quarantine

Complex which is known as Bangunan Sultan Iskandar, CIQ (BSI) Interchange, Bakar

Batu Interchange, Pandan Interchange and its link roads, being a distance of 7.97

kilometres is declared to be a Federal road.

The road declared to be a Federal road under subparagraph (1) is shown on the map in the Schedule.
