dengan memasukkan selepas butiran 17 butiran yang berikut:

(Laluan 437): Jalan Persiaran Teluk Cempedak
Dari persimpangannya dengan Laluan 135, Jalan Telok Sisek
(Jalan Telok Chempedak) di koordinat U 3.812476, T 103.368945
dan berakhir di koordinat U 3.816073, T 103.368058 sebagaimana yang ditunjukkan dalam Peta 3: Jalan-Jalan Persekutuan Negeri
Pahang (jarak sepanjang 0.42 km).”; dan

FEDERAL ROADS (WEST MALAYSIA) (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2016
Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Federal Roads Act 1959 [Act 376], the Minister, after consultation with the State Government of Negeri Pahang, makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (West Malaysia)
(Amendment) Order 2016.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 15 February 2016.
Amendment of Third Schedule 2.
The Federal Roads (West Malaysia) Order 1989 [P.U. (A) 401/1989] is amended in the Third Schedule under the heading “Negeri Pahang Darul Makmur”—
(a)
by inserting after item 17 the following item:
“18.
(Route 437): Persiaran Teluk Cempedak Road
From its junction with Route 135, Jalan Telok Sisek (Jalan Telok
Chempedak) at coordinate N 3.812476, E 103.368945 and ending at coordinate N 3.816073, E 103.368058 as shown on Map 3:
Federal Roads of Negeri Pahang (a distance of 0.42 km).”; and
